Placing an emphasis on whole foods, and locally sourced fish and meats, our menu brims with fresh vegetables, fragrant herbs, and aromatic spices, culminating in vibrant, seasonal dishes each prepared to enhance the natural flavor of each ingredient.

A highlight is "Gamopilafo," a traditional wedding pilaf made with tender lamb or goat, simmered to create a rich broth, and used to cook the rice to perfection. This creamy, aromatic dish symbolizes prosperity and unity at Cretan weddings. Another iconic dish is "Antikristo," a method of cooking lamb, which is seasoned with sea salt and roasted around an open fire. This technique not only enhances the flavor but also embodies the ritual of gathering and sharing stories around the fire. Our culinary offerings pay tribute to Crete's gastronomic heritage.
